AIMCo and XLB have secured deals totalling 100,000 sq ft with Aldi and Lok’nStore at Causeway Park, Staines-upon-Thames
Aldi has signed a 20-year lease for a 20,000 sq ft store, while leading self-storage provider Lok’nStore has leased 80,000 sq ft on the floors above it.
The scheme is to be delivered in Q3 2022 and will form the first phase of development of the masterplan for the regeneration of Causeway Park. The campus will also deliver grade A office space and a proposed mix of alternative uses.
