Despite the headwinds of the pandemic and Brexit, BAM have delivered the stunning, 120,000 sq ft, Grade A, state-of-the-art, Arup designed, office building in Staines, on behalf of AIMCo and XLB.
One Causeway is the first new office development in Staines for seven years. The exceptionally prominent building is visible from the M25 and adjacent to Heathrow; it forms part of the first phase of a bold and ambitious vision for creating a vibrant and prestigious, mixed-use business campus; an amenity-rich, 270,000 sq ft office park that will also include a hotel with F&B offering, an Aldi, a small business centre and a multi-storey car park.

The impressive curved, glass-fronted facade, contains five generous, open-plan floorplates of 25,000 sq ft, maximising light, featuring exposed services and a displacement air conditioning system and delivering an occupancy ratio of 1:8.
